Flow bevat, per ampul, mariadistel (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn., 826 mg), witte paardenkastanje (Aesculus hippocastanum L., 620 mg), heermoes (Equisetum arvense L., 310 mg) en citroengele honingklaver (Melilotus officinalis (L.) Lam., 310 mg), aangevuld met papaïne (52 mg), citrusbioflavonoïden (van Citrus aurantium, Citrus sinensis en Citrus paradisi, 1,0 mg), rutine (0,1 mg), aroma-zoethout (52 mg), kaliumsorbaat E202 (46 mg), fructose (2,48 g) en gezuiverd water (6,456 g).
